Parking & Accessibility
Parking: We offer free parking for our patrons in our surface parking lot located at 712 N Illinois Street, less than half a block north of Phoenix Theatre. Parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If our lot is full, metered parking is also available on Illinois Street and in the surrounding area. Street parking at the meters is FREE on Sundays. To help you navigate the area, we have a wayfinding sign system called Direction Downtown, which will guide you to key points of interest.

Accessibility
At Phoenix, we strive to make the theatre experience enjoyable for all patrons. Our new building is completely ADA accessible, ensuring that anyone can navigate our facilities with ease. We offer special accommodations for mobility assistance, so please contact the Box Office at (317) 635-7529 in advance to arrange for any necessary arrangements. We offer Accessibility Sundays at the Phoenix Theatre! On the third Sunday of each Phoenix Theatre Season Performance, we provide ASL interpretation and Blind Low Vision Services, ensuring that everyone can enjoy the magic of live theater without barriers.
Audio-Described Performances (AD) & ASL Interpreter: We are proud to offer audio description services for patrons who are blind or visually impaired. Our audio describers provide narration of the movement and overall look of the play during breaks between actors' lines.
To reserve AD equipment, please contact the box office at (317) 635-7529, as we have a limited number of units available. We also have American Sign Language interpreters for patrons with visual and/or hearing disabilities. This service is made possible with support from Toni Bader, Melanie D. Price, and The Indianapolis Foundation, a CICF affiliate.
